Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm the same day Monday-Friday where possible. If there is a problem we will let you know as soon as possible. Sometimes if an item is out of stock or low please contact us for delivery date.

The cost of delivery is calculated during the checkout process.

All our UK deliveries are sent  Royal Mail First Class or Courier

International Deliveries are sent Airmail

We have now added Click and Collect for customers in postcode areas CV33, CV35 and CV47.

Forward Ordering
 

Due to not having space to keep some larger products in stock, some items will be only available for forward ordering. These include the larger wooden storage boxes and Tailor Dummies. It will be in the listing of those products.

Age Related products
 

Some of our products are age related where you need to be 18 to purchase. It will state in the item description if an item is age related. Age verification will be required on delivery.


Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel your order from the time of ordering to the point of dispatch. Please contact us via the contact form. If it has already been posted please see Returns.


Returns and Replacements

If you are unhappy with your items, in accordance with The Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you can return them in a saleable condition within 30 days of a receipt for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the return postage. It is recommended that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
